This beautiful piece features an authentic YSL gold button accent. Button is a rare style! 
Vintage gold plated chain and medallion setting. 
Button was repurposed from an authenticated vintage YSL suit. 
Center medallion is1" wide. Chain is 15 1/2" with a 1 1/2" extender.
