This absolutely STUNNING piece is repurposed from a multi charm authentic, vintage Gianni Versace necklace. Gorgeous green agate and gold filigree work Medusa. Super RARE original sourced piece!!! A true statement necklace!! 
18k gold plated stainless chain. Gold filled jump ring. 
Charm is very large and measures 2" across. Chain is 18" long.
