This gorgeous piece features an authentic, repurposed, vintage large Gianni Versace iconic Medusa buttton charm in black and gold. 
Gold filled coin charm backing.
18k gold plated stainless chain and toggle clasp.
These buttons were repurposed from an authenticated vintage Versace suit.
Charm measures 1" wide. Chain is 18" long. (Can be shortened upon request).
