Vintage Repurposed Rare Gold Rope Accent YSL Necklace

Stunning vintage 1990's repurposed YSL button charm! Very rare button! 
This piece was repurposed from an authenticated, vintage YSL suit jacket. 
Gold filled CZ eye charm backing, gorgeous gold filled 1.5mm box chain.  
Pendant measures 1 1/4" long. Chain is 18" long.
