Gorgeous repurposed YSL button filigree pendant! 
This piece was repurposed from an authenticated, vintage YSL cardigan. 
Vintage gold plated filigree pendant base and double strand chain. 
Can be worn long or double wrapped.  
Charm pendant measures 2" wide. Chain is 36" long.
