This incredible piece features an authentic, repurposed Alexander McQueen skull in black and white enamel. Signed on back.

18k gold plated stainless steel heavy and solid chunky necklace. 
This piece was repurposed from an authenticated McQueen keychain. 
Pendant measures 2 1/2" long x 1 1/2" wide. Chain is 21 1/2" long.
