Amazing very rare vintage repurposed Givenchy double strand runway medallion choker! This gorgeous piece can be worn as a long pendant necklace as well. Black enamel medallion signed on the back. 
This vintage medallion was repurposed from authenticated Givenchy statement earrings. 
Medallion measures 2" wide. Chain is 34" long.
