This beautiful piece features an authentic, repurposed matte gold Medusa button accent set in a 24k gold plated pendant. 18k gold plated stainless box chain. 
 
This piece is repurposed from a vintage Versace blouse. 
Pendant measures 3/4" long. Chain is 18" long.
