This amazing piece features an authentic, repurposed Louis Vuitton medium red enameled "trunks & bags" charm. Double sided. Coffee cup and "chill pill" charm accents! All charms are removable. 
This piece is repurposed from a rare authentic bag charm.
Gold filled paperclip chain and CZ carabiner. Gold filled jump rings.
Charm measures 3/4" across. Measures 17 1/2" end to end including carabiner.
