This incredible piece features an authentic, repurposed Cartier large silver circle charm. Comes with box and pouch! 
Stainless box chain. Cartier charm has palladium finish. 
Signed Cartier on the on side. Heavy and solid! 
This piece was repurposed from an authenticated keychain. 
Charm measures 1 1/4" wide. Chain is 20" long.
