This incredible piece features an authentic, repurposed Alexander McQueen skull in pink and gold. Signed on back. SUPER RARE color and cut out style.  
24k gold filled double wrap chain. 
This piece was repurposed from an authenticated McQueen keychain. 
Pendant measures 2 1/2" long x 1 1/2" wide. Chain is 39" long.
