This gorgeous piece features an authentic YSL button enhancer slide. Vintage choker can be worn without as well!. Beautiful gold line texture on button accent.

These buttons were repurposed from an authentic Yves Saint Laurent dress. 
 
Enhancer measures 1 3/4" across. Chain is 17" long with 1 1/2" extender.
