Vintage Repurposed YSL & Red Enamel Lariat or Wrap Necklace

This gorgeous piece features an authentic YSL button charm and vintage puffed heart. Beautiful brushed gold texture. Can be worn wrapped or lariat style. 
Gold filled coin pendant backing, jump ring and chain. Red enamel heart is vintage. 
These buttons were repurposed from an authenticated Yves Saint Laurent jacket. 
Charm measures 3/4" across. Total length is 38" long.
