This absolutely STUNNING piece is repurposed from a multi charm authentic, vintage Gianni Versace necklace. VERY RARE original sourced piece. Green agate and gold filigree Medusa is GORGEOUS!
Gold filled chain and jump ring. 
Charm measures 1 1/4" across. Chain is 18" long.
